Admission/Registration for women's health services

Hassle-free women's surgery in Obstetrics and Gynecology

 Admissions/Registration counter will greet for either your gynecology or obstetrics indoor admission and guide you through the entire process.

Once at the admission desk you will be required to fill a form specifying details of the patient, consent forms, etc.
A Dr. Khanade Hospital Medical Record Number (MRN) will be issued to you on submission of duly filled registration form. This number will be required to be produced by you, every time you visit the hospital for easy and effective traceability of your previous medical records.

The admission desk will also let you know the room rent as applicable. Please let us know if you are going to avail insurance reimbursement, we can start the paperwork for the same the day you are admitted.
